Our new WearForce© awnings are all constructed of Recacril, one of the best awning fabrics in the industry. Recacril is manufactured in Spain and is made from a 100 % solution dyed acrylic. It is woven with a special weave that eliminates shrinkage and stretching while providing superior strength. Recacril is also UV fade resistant and water proof. Recacril also comes in a multitude of colors to match your coaches exterior paint.

One of the weakest links in any RV awning is the thread. This is why we selected Solarfix as our standard thread. By utilizing Solarfix, which is the highest quality  PTFE thread on the market, we ensure our customers awnings will last for years. Solarfix is so tough and impervious to the elements that it comes with the best guarantee in the industry (the life of the fabric) and is warranted against breakage and deterioration. 

To complete our awning package we employ sewing techniques that help to ensure a long life for your awnings. All of our WearForce© awnings utilize dual lock stitch runs on all seams and ends.   Most awning makers only incorporate a single run to save time and money.  We even go as far as using polypropylene splines which are superior to vinyl splines.
